Work Location:Changsha/Wuxi
1. Responsible for testing the hardware module functions, signal quality (DDR, high-speed peripherals, etc.), signal timing, temperature rise stability, etc., of AI SOC chips.
2. Formulate hardware test plans for chips, design test cases, and compile test reports and other related documents.
3. Build and maintain hardware test environments, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power meters, etc.
4. Execute chip hardware tests (including engineering samples, pre-mass production verification and other stages).
5. Participate in the optimization of test processes and methodologies, promote the construction of test automation and standardization, and improve test efficiency and coverage.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Automation or related majors, with more than 3 years of hardware testing experience.
2. Master the theoretical knowledge of digital circuits and analog circuits, and be familiar with the basic process of hardware testing.
3. Proficient in using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers and power meters, and able to independently build test environments.
4. Be rigorous and responsible in work, with strong problem-solving ability and learning ability.
5. Experience in SOC chip testing is preferred; mastery of one programming language (Python, C) and ability to write test scripts or tools is preferred.
