1. Lead the construction of the AI SoC quality evaluation system, and establish a quality verification path covering from algorithm models, RTL implementation, tape-out to final delivery.

2. Establish the customer Quality of Result (QoR) indicator system (including low-power indicators, model inference latency, etc.); develop a requirements traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of typical network acceleration requirements such as CNN/Transformer during the pre-silicon verification phase.

3. Collaborate with R&D and testing departments to conduct PPA (Power-Performance-Area) compliance evaluation.

4. Be responsible for product technical closure, quality review and other improvement activities to continuously improve product quality.

1. More than 3 years of experience in SoC chip product quality management, with participation in the end-to-end quality control process of at least one SoC product.

2. Able to interpret customer benchmark requirements (such as MLPerf indicators) and monitor relevant indicators during the quality control process.

3. Familiar with quality improvement methods and tools such as technical closure, quality review, and 8D (Eight Disciplines).

4. Background in chip PPA analysis, IC verification, or AI software stack testing is preferred.
