With proprietary key technologies including heterogeneous computing architecture and dynamic power management, its self-developed flagship product, the CH37 series, was successfully taped out and brought up in December 2025. Built on a proprietary architecture with a highly integrated single-chip design, the chip integrates multiple processing units such as CPU, GPU, NPU, GPGPU and ISP, delivering core advantages of abundant AI computing power, flexible computing precision and multi modal perception fusion.

Chenheng Micro’s products target the general market with high computing demands such as embodied intelligence and edge computing, and are widely deployed in intelligent terminals including AI boxes, video conferencing systems, robots and drones.
